Sign up on CSSBuy using the Royal Finds link on this page. As a thank you, you get a welcome bonus when you register through our link, no extra steps needed.

After registering, double check that your billing address and shipping address match exactly. CSSBuy and most agents can flag or delay orders if these two addresses do not line up. Use your real, full legal address for both.

2. Finding Items

The easiest way to find items is right here on our Finds page. Every Buy Link on a find is already converted to your CSSBuy purchase link.

Browse the items you want, then add each one to your Buy cart using the Buy Link.

3. Checking Out

Once you have added everything you want to your cart, mark all the items and check the total price shown in your cart.

Top up your CSSBuy balance with that amount, then press Buy. Most payment methods top up your balance instantly, so you can usually check out right away.

Good to know: any leftover balance you do not use is withdrawable back to your bank account, so topping up a little extra is not a risk.

4. Waiting for Warehouse Arrival

After you purchase, your items need to arrive at the CSSBuy warehouse before they can be QC checked and shipped. This usually takes 2 to 3 days, but can take longer depending on stock availability.

If something seems unusually slow, you can message CSSBuy support directly and ask for the status of your order.

5. Checking QC Photos

Once your items arrive at the warehouse, you will receive QC photos. Check these carefully to confirm everything looks correct.

If something is off, you can return the item and get your money back. You will only be charged a small domestic shipping fee in China for the return.

6. Shipping Your Order

When you are ready to ship, here are the recommendations that have worked best for us:

Ship a maximum of 10kg per parcel. You can ship larger amounts, but staying at or under 10kg has been the safest option with no issues.

Use DHL. It is fast and reasonably priced, and has been reliable across every agent used over the past several years.

Consider rehearsal shipping. It costs a little extra but often ends up saving money overall, so it is usually worth it.

If you are shipping shoes, either have CSSBuy remove the shoe boxes, or have them folded if you want to keep them. Both options reduce volume and lower your shipping cost.

Tips

Always check QC photos carefully before approving shipment. If something looks off, request a refund or re-order. DM on Instagram for help with specific items, sellers, or any step in this process.
